If your BMW i3 has a dead 12v battery and needs a tow, DMV Towing & Roadside can handle the job!I can't say enough about the thorough care DMV Towing & Roadside gave to towing my BMW i3. The i3 can be an extremely difficult car to tow, as the car MUST be towed on a flatbed and when the 12v battery dies, everything goes offline, so the car can't go into neutral, release emergency brake, etc... Unlike standard cars, the 12v battery is tucked way in the back, blocked by parts that are secured by special screws. The team came prepared with the tools needed to release the bucket and jumpstart the 12v so that it could be safely loaded onto the truck without being dragged. Throughout the process they were respectful and patient, even though it was quite a challenging process. I am so grateful to DMV Towing & Roadside for getting my "difficult to tow" car on its way.

DMV Towing and Roadside Assistance - Excellent Service!I recently had to use DMV Towing and Roadside Assistance, and I was thoroughly impressed with their service. From the moment I called, their team was professional, courteous, and quick to respond. My car had broken down on the highway, and they arrived within 30 minutes, which was much faster than I expected.The Omar driver was knowledgeable and handled my vehicle with care while loading it onto the tow truck. They kept me informed throughout the process and even provided suggestions on where to take my car for repairs.Overall, DMV Towing and Roadside Assistance exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them for their prompt, reliable, and friendly service.

Amazing service! My car wouldn’t start and I wasn’t sure of the issue. I called another company at first who would charge separately for the jumpstart service and additionally for the towing if the jumpstart didn’t work. DMV Roadside agreed to only charge for one. They would start with trying to jumpstart the car, and if that didn’t work, then would tow it. But would only charge for one, that made a lot more sense to me, and a lot less stressful. I called in and spoke with Omar, who handled my call and also jumpstarted my car. He is pleasure to work with, kind, knowledgeable, and reassuring. Fixed my issue, thanks so much Omar! They are now my go-to for roadside assistance.
